After finding himself unable to make it to Apollo in time to help battle the Mawzir, Midnighter finds himself unable to accept the loss of his beloved. Trying everything to recover his body, Midnighter seeks out some help for the other part of Apollo he can’t fix, his soul. After finding out that Apollo has been sent to Hell, Midnighter decides there is only one way to save him. Go and find him himself.
After another great installation, a strong follow-up to a great start of the series, AND our heroes literally fighting their ways through Hell, I can only assume that this series is going to have it all. Fantastic fight scenes coupled with a terrifying glimpse of the underworld this comic is one I would rave about to any DC fan! Can’t wait to get my hands on the next issue!
