The whole town of the Briggs are on a brink of war in this first graphic novel of Briggs Land.
The whole Briggs family had considered one of the dangerous, also the whole land represents a lot of money in fracking leases, real-estate development and anything related from the government. The Briggs are fighting against some movement in the United States, and they won’t rest until everything has solved their own family problems.
The whole town of the Briggs Land is deserted, but the citizens are in a brink of war fighting against the government in the U.S. Jim Briggs is in jail, but his wife is now in charge of the family right after what happened, but either way, Jim was a powerful man in society. However, the reason that they made the town of Briggs land, is that the whole family are against the government and everything else that involves the real-estate of the U.S. because they can’t afford to obey the laws of economy and some sort. The whole town is a war zone against the United States, but they’ve been attacked a few times over and over. Will they find a way to end the war and live peacefully for the Briggs family?
In my reaction, the whole tragic story of the Briggs family, they were denying the whole environment and the government of the United States. The politics are nothing but trouble to the Briggs Land. However, this graphic novel is actually a great read for any American crime novel that I’ve ever read. Even though, the story shows that America turned into a very even darker side, worse than Donald Trump. The Briggs are fighting against the government because they take away everything that it’s not theirs. I would recommend to anyone to read this graphic novel because I guess reading this book would probably make sure how much the Briggs family has suffered from all the trouble with the U.S.
