The age old question, who would win in a fight between Superman and Batman? We finally get an answer in this issue.
The Super-Sons are grounded, literally in Jon’s case, and neither likes it. To make matters worse Jonathon is also being forced to move to Metropolis which is just too much to take and he storms off, he ends up blaming Damian for his woes and heads off to tell him as much which leads to them fighting in the Batcave.
Luckily Alfred is at hand and he takes no fools gladly and quickly has the boys sitting down for a civil meal together which as you have probably guessed doesn’t last long. Batman and Superman turn up before it all kicks off again and the foursome ends up agreeing that the Sons can go on patrol together which is going to be interesting, to say the least!
I’m am genuinely loving Damian in this story the way he reacts to Batman interrupting – in his own Batcave no less- is hilarious and his grumpy old man demeanor and entitled attitude fits him perfectly, add to that the naivety and sense of just starting out and unsure of himself of Jonathon and it makes quite the team up
