Last issue left us with the gang busting in and being welcomed by a rather worrying sight! This issue shows us Jax’s perspective of events leading to it.
If that cop hadn’t shown up then it may have been a different outcome for Jax but since he did show up our hero was locked back up out of the way. Uzi shows up full of remorse and Jax takes full advantage knocking him out and then taking our his uncles in the most brutal ways possible. Uzi is lucky that Jax still has a bit of humanity left (or was just too tired) and leaves him be before he passes out due to the torture.
The gang finds him and he is taking to hospital to recover, while he is laid up Uncer comes in and lets everyone know that the whole situation will be swept under the carpet which suits the club just fine. The experience cements Jax and Opie’s loyalty to each other and the club and sets the foundations of the TV show that follows. What a brilliant comic this has been to read and the artwork has just been amazing
