IDW Comics releases a graphic novel of the original Star Wars movie which is the seventh episode of the whole series, right after Return of the Jedi and before The Last Jedi.

If anyone already watched the episode seven film, then be prepared for everything, and if anyone didn’t watch it yet, then you should probably get this graphic novel, it’s actually the same from the movie. To be fair, the creators who watched the movie, created this graphic novel so the readers can actually move on track from the movie. Even though the story is epic, but the art style does have more details, more similar to the Cartoon Network’s Star Wars series which is the Clone Wars and Rebels.

Most of the Star Wars fans were waiting for the seventh episode, but I’m looking forward to the eighth episode where Rey is training to become a Jedi like Luke Skywalker. But in this graphic novel, they’ll show Han Solo with his light brownish hair instead of having his hair gray, because he’s old or did he had a chance to dye and bleach his hair just like on his younger days. Even though Han and his long life partner Chewbacca fought together with their Millenium Falcon, just until Han Solo died by his own dark-side toxic son. Moreover, everyone is expecting to watch episode 8 in December, because it’s the most epic thing that any other Star Wars fan would look forward.

In my reflection of The Force Awakens graphic novel, I think that it’s a decent start for the readers to read this graphic novel rather than watching the movie because sometimes the actual physical copy of the graphic novel is very cheap. And if you happen to try to find a streamed Star Wars movie from the internet, there is a slight chance that you can find it online just by Google search. The art is great, but it would be better to have an animation with the same illustrations of this comic. Star Wars Episode 7 is great, but the movie is better, no offense though, however, I’m really looking forward to the eighth episode.
