Well Goddamn, nothing is ever plain sailing for Bats! Just as he is away to settle down with Catwoman he gets called away.
You cant blame him really if Wonder Woman asks you to go with her, you go with her! They have a deal with The Gentle Man who is fighting an eternal battle with an everlasting horde that they would take his place for a while so he can rest and he’s calling in the favour.
Its a decent issue but a massive test for Batman, being stuck in another dimension with only Wonder Woman for company sounds good even with an everlasting horde to fight but even though its only been a few hours to Catwoman its been years for Batman and Wonder Woman and that time is showing, they are really forming a ‘connection’ and feelings grow over ten years of being the only two people around that could have serious repercussions.
It was always going to be difficult for Bats and Cats but even the strongest relationship must struggle with crossing into another dimension that’s the ultimate long distance tester! I’m rooting for the couple but come on its Wonder Woman!!
