Yes, just like the Death Note guidebook, Berserk gets one too. I’m very stunned to know that every Japanese manga series gets some special books for collectors, but the guidebook is the biggest aspect for fans to add this one for their collection. Even so, every other manga and anime in the world had sold and broadcast throughout the world, Japan gets to have some guidebooks to have the background of the characters, the art, the story and other media that every other creator has influenced.
Berserk is actually the most popular fantasy and horror manga of all, Dark Horse Comics included having an official guidebook, just to have the fans more amazed and have this for their collection. Now, I have seen one of those guidebooks, but only in Japanese. But this one is giving all the information between the first volume to the current one. And little more to know that some of these contain the background of the story and the characters, but it also has some traits of the series like the author’s interviews, his workspace, and the designs.

In this modern age, many other geeks in Japan tend to have an investment and buys something that they love just to add it for their collection. However, in New York, Kinokuniya Bookstore actually makes it more collective to sell books, magazines, and merchandise at the same time, but it also contains Japanese books, I inspire the whole library once I came here for the weekends and every time I went there, something good is going on.
But anyway, the guidebook of Berserk is actually for the collector’s best choice, and if you want to discover how the whole series has influenced by the author’s expectations, then this guidebook is just for you.
