Hurricane or not, The Weatherman issue 4 is here, whipping through your local comics shops, courtesy of Image.

The fourth issue continues the plight of the man who read the weather, then was discovered to be an assassin in disguise. In the meantime, bad guys are making destruction rain down on Mars, in the city of Tharsis. Nathan Bright, the Weatherman, is on the run, helped by a fully armed female.
And The Pearl, one of the most powerful people on Mars, is looking for Nathan Bright, and closing in.

This book is a wild ride. Tightly written by Jody Leheup, it’s illustrated by Nathan Fox and coloured by Nathan Fox. A pure pleasure to read, but don’t blink your eyes. There is a lot going on here, and no one around to ask questions. My advice? Dive into this title, enjoy the fluid graphic mayhem, and don’t look back. Even if there’s a typhoon on your tail.

After a career of graphic design, art direction and copywriting, I still have a passion for words and pictures. I love it when a comic book comes together; the story is tight, and the drawings lead me forward. Art with words... the toughest storytelling technique to get right. Was this comic book worth your money? Let's see!!
