So, I happened to check out some YouTube channels and happen to see Marvel Rising: Initiation. So, what is this new show? Is it canon? And who are the stars of the shows?

As you read it’s called Marvel Rising: Initiation and it has Dove Cameron as Gwen Stacy/Ghost-Spider, Kathleen Khavari as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel, Kamil McFadden as Rayshaun Lucas/Patriot, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson/Quake and Milana Vayntrub as Doreen Green/Squirrel Girl.
Now the premise of the animated shorts is to introduce the characters for the new show coming in the fall. Now as far as I can tell it’s not really part of main tv shows or animated shows. But it did have a few characters from the shows like Quake and Dove Cameron from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D but that is where the similarity ends. Also, Dove Cameron plays Gwen Stacy aka Ghost-Spider.
The story is about Ghost-Spider being haunted by the police (and also her dad George Stacy) and S.H.I.E.L.D (Quake aka Daisy Johnson and Patriot aka Kamil McFadden) and Squirrel Girl aka Doreen Green and Ms. Marvel aka Kamala Khan.
