Try saying this one quickly: “Image brings us Trees, Three Fates Number 3”.

Issue three gets us lots of killing and maiming. People just start turning on one another. In this small Russian town, with huge gigantic large immense oversized trees plunked here and there, people are losing it.

Never mind the specifics, this is an action issue.

Written by Warren Ellis, with art by Jason Howard, and colour flats by Dee Cunniffe, issue three is all about spirits, strange symbols, and having had enough.

Haven’t had enough yet? Check it out. Spooky, strange, moody, fascinating.

Image, Trees Three Fates #3, $3.99 for 22 pages of content; Mature readers

About Alan Spinney

After a career of graphic design, art direction and copywriting, I still have a passion for words and pictures. I love it when a comic book comes together; the story is tight, and the drawings lead me forward. Art with words... the toughest storytelling technique to get right. Was this comic book worth your money? Let's see!!
