The mutant soldier gets the Marvel Legends treatment!

Maverick first appeared in X-Men #5 assisting the X-Men in helping Wolverine who was captured at the time. It was later revealed that Maverick served with Wolverine and Sabertooth in black ops team Team X during the Cold War. He became a supporting character in Wolverine’s book and a somewhat important character in the X-Universe.

I was a huge fan of this character and was so glad Hasbro gave a figure based on him. It is an awesome figure too. The entire look is very close to his first appearance by Jim Lee. The armor really pops on this figure and there’s something about it that really screams soldier. Nothing here hinders the articulation you expect from Marvel Legends.

The paint app are really nice here too, especially on the mask. The entire look is really great here. And the devil in the details when it comes to the sculpt.

He comes with 2 guns that fit nicely in the hands. There’s also a holster to hold one of them.

Finally, he comes with left arm of Strong Guy.

Personally, I feel you need this figure for your collection. This as a Marvel Legends was a long time coming!
