Artist Irene Strychalski lends her incredible illustration talents to Zombie-Sama: Dorm of the Dead with her shockingly dynamic variant cover. Renie is a beloved comic artist who dynamically blends “the best of East and West.” A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Sequential Art major and Animation minor, Miss Strychalski has made quite a name for herself illustrating and coloring comic books, animation, and gaming. Born in Singapore and immigrating to the United States in her teens, the artist has credits that include Marvel’s Deadpool Family, Silk, and Edge of Venomverse. She has also worked on story production for FX Channel’s Archer and Marvel TV animation. “I am always striving to tell more stories, and currently I am working on bringing my original comic, Fiendish, into reality!” States Strychalski, regarding her crowdfunding smash hit, Fiendish Chapter 1: Demons and the current sequel runaway success of its sequel, Fiendish: Chapter 2: Origins (currently LIVE on Indiegogo here: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/fiendish-chapter-2-origins#/).

Crusade Comics’ sixth Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign, Zombie-Sama: Dorm of the Dead launched this past weekend and already passed its $15,000.00 funding goal.

EPIC 104-PAGE ZOMBIE-SAMA: DORM OF THE DEAD

The world has survived the pandemic. Students have returned to college where their unleashed out-of-control, teenage hormones trigger the zombie apocalypse! Co-Creators Billy Tucci and John Broglia return with this EPIC 104-Page, Full-Color graphic novel chock full of cataclysmic horror!

All 104-pages of art and lettering are complete for Dorm of the Dead as are most of the colors. Final colors are scheduled for March 15th, and Zombie-Sama will immediately go to press for production. Campaign and fulfillment will be lightning quick and the Indiegogo “indemand” stage will be short as Crusade prepares to launch the massive Shi: Senryaku Omnibus in May 2023.

About Billy Tucci
