DC’s Naomi #4 gets cracking. It has a lot of ground to cover.
So far, we know almost nothing about young Naomi, except her fascination with Superman. And her secretive parents and the big mechanic guy down the street. Secret after secret, issue after issue.
Well, this is the one you have been waiting for! I’ll keep the review brief and nonrevealing. Action picks up, the plot thickens, and we are off to the races.
Written by Brian Michael Bendis and David F. Walker, it’s illustrated by Jamal Campbell. Nicely rendered and coloured. You might find the visuals interesting and unique: the panels flow horizontally across the spreads, making this issue best read in printed format (not digitally). Many many panels per page, then a big splash page.
If you are following or even slightly interested in reading Naomi, this is the place to jump in.
