Raven’s attempt at a normal life seems to be a pipe-dream as more and more people from her school are disappearing.
Luckily finding them won’t be hard because (quite unluckily) they, and many more people are now being controlled by the malevolent force Raven had encountered last night. The real kicker? They are in the middle of that force, which has now appeared as an energy field consuming everything in a 4-mile radius and getting bigger by the second. As Raven struggles to combat this unknown and seemingly unstoppable force, a new player takes the field.
Furthering our lonely heroine Raven after her attempt at a quiet life seems to be unattainable, this issue delivers another installation of spell-binding action as she attempts to save her friends and new hometown. Beautiful artwork with a grisly and dark tone makes this story a list topper for any fans of the darker spell slinging side of DC comics, and a personal favourite of mine! Can’t wait for the next issue and to see what happens to next.
