Spencer and Rufus are deep in the games this issue and boy are they in trouble!
Another fantastic issue as Spencer and Rufus fight their way through the Bully Wars. So much happens in this issue its difficult to believe its just one, we get two montage scenes which are fast becoming my favourite things to read as its so much craziness in such a small space and there is no real context as to how it happens so it adds to the pure metalness of it.
The first ‘Boss’ fight sets the bar high as Rufus takes on Nom Nom in a food fight with rather sickening ending! It led to one of the grossest yet most satisfying panels so far and definitely made a statement of what to expect from the rest of the series, absolutely anything
The duo look to be close to surviving the wars but of course, it all goes pear shaped and they end up quite possibly in a worse situation than before, I can’t wait to see where this goes from here and how they can possibly go bigger and grosser than they already have
