Comic Review: The Hellblazer #8 (DC Comics)

John Constantine, the man of many talents, knows how to irritate the wrong people in loads of different languages!

This issue it’s the French police that are subjected to John’s talent until Mercury bails him out. What John doesn’t know is that Mercury was busy striking a deal with an uncharacteristically helpful Djinn, I hope she knows what she’s doing!

Before leaving the police station Constantine notices an old acquaintance who seems to be after the same thing as John it’s just that John isn’t quite sure what that is! He has quite a novel way to find out its location though but as is Johns way it goes a little out of control.

I think Dante is starting to realize that all is not as it seems with this book but there is no way he knows what to do with it, I just wonder if Constantine will get there before something bad happens.

Hellblazer is always full of little sarcastic jokes and insults but I think this is the first comic I have read to make light of the whole Brexit debacle and I like it lol!!
