I love a crossover, and Ninja Turtles meets Ghostbusters has to be one of my favourites! Hitting major nostalgia points from my childhood helps a lot with that of course.

Nostalgia aside this crossover is a really good story not just jumbled together for the sake of it.Both teams have similar characters in them I think that’s why the crossover works so well. There is humour which of course you would have expected from both franchises but there is also plenty of tension and shocks all wrapped around a classic revenge tale. Its Rays fault really, he jinxed them by saying out loud that he could do with some excitement and the universe delivered.

The Turtles need help and with their new, inter-dimensional powers they turned to the nest help out there, The Ghostbusters.  Egon knocks together a temporary solution and gets Donatello out of the pickle to help him come up with a more permanent fix while the others pair up as a distraction.

I can see each pairing having to go through tough times before this is over and being spread so far apart it’s not going to be easy.

The artwork is really cool,  the ghosts and the other dimensions are really detailed and the ghosts properly glow and look ready to jump out of the pages! Really cool issue.
