I loved this comic, a little reminiscent of The Goon which isn’t a bad thing, I expect big things.
Dead Rabbit is an old masked villain who operated in Boston in the 90’s but disappeared suddenly and has taken on an almost mythical status but boy if you could see him now! Btw It has to be one of the best characters reveals I have ever read. Dead Rabbit is about to get back in the game but is he prepared for what that means.
I love the artwork, it contrasts perfectly between the light and colourful tones for the day to day then as he dons the mask the comic turns and becomes darker and full of shadows, his look is effective as well the red crosses stand out drastically against his black mask, no wonder he instills fear amongst the criminal underworld.
It looks like this could go far as he fids his feet again and works his way back to the top while bosses on both sides of the law look to take him down
