There is so much going on in this first issue, it grabs you straight away!

Mercy hits the ground running and just doesn’t stop, it sets up at least 4 separate character options for the storyline to follow and each one already feels amazing. I had genuine chills following Lady Hellaines arc while Lady Swansons took a turn that I did not expect that changed the whole dynamic of the character it is done brilliantly.

Even with all the events that fill the pages nothing feels crammed in or rushed, it is beautifully laid out and flows perfectly. The artwork is something else entirely, just wow. The creepiness of the monsters and the look of the characters and backgrounds are a pleasure to see with the full-page panel of the young coach driver in the snow easily standing out as one of my favourite.

Every aspect of this first issue screams that this is going to be a comic to follow on the very edge of your seat and is going to be epic.
